At Aayupure Ayurveda, your satisfaction is our priority.
We stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- Product is unused and unopened
- Original packaging is intact
- Seal / shrink wrap is not broken
- Original invoice is available
- Product is not exposed to heat, moisture, or damage
👉 Return request must be raised within 7 days
3. Accepted Return Reasons
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective product (leakage, smell, discoloration)
- Expired product received
- Missing items in order
- Change of mind (only if product is sealed)
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are NOT eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seal
- Clearance / sale items
- Products without invoice
- Products not purchased from official website
5. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps:
- Email or call within 7 days
- Provide Order ID and reason
- Share product images (mandatory for damaged items)

6. Return Process
- You will receive return approval and instructions
- Pack product securely
- Hand over to courier partner
👉 After inspection (5–7 days), refund will be initiated
7. Refund Process & Timeline
Prepaid Orders
- Refund to original payment method
- Time: 5–10 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Refund via bank transfer or store credit
- Time: 5–7 business days after details submitted
Wallet / Store Credit
- Processed within 2 business days
👉 Shipping charges are non-refundable (except company error)
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours before dispatch
- Full refund will be issued
👉 After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed
9. Important Notes
- Returns without approval will not be accepted
