Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

Aayupure Ayurveda delivers across all locations in India, including:

• Metro cities
• Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities
• Rural and remote areas

👉 We aim to bring authentic Ayurvedic products to every doorstep across India.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are usually dispatched the same or next business day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day

👉 During sale periods, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 days

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro & Major Cities

• Delivery within 3–5 business days

Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities

• Delivery within 5–7 business days

Remote / Rural Areas

• Delivery within 7–14 business days

👉 Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics availability

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
• Flat ₹60 shipping charge on orders below ₹499
• ₹49 additional charge for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

👉 Final shipping cost is shown at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• Tracking ID via Email
• SMS notification
• WhatsApp update (if opted)

👉 You can track your order using the tracking link provided

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe delivery:

• Delhivery
• DTDC
• Blue Dart
• India Post

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

• Delivery will be attempted up to 2 times
• If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to origin (RTO)

In Case of RTO:

Prepaid Orders:

• Option for re-dispatch (extra shipping charges apply)
• Or refund of product value

COD Orders:

• No refund applicable

8. Damaged or Tampered Delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

• Do not accept the package
• Contact us immediately
