1. Order Cancellation

At Aayupure Ayurveda, we understand that plans may change. You may cancel your order under the conditions mentioned below.

1.1 Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
• Cancellation is allowed only before the order is dispatched

3. Refund on Cancellation

3.1 Prepaid Orders

• Full refund will be processed if cancelled within the allowed time
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

3.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• No charges will be applied if cancelled before dispatch

4. Orders Already Dispatched

• Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
• In such cases, you may refer to our Refund & Returns Policy

5. Cancellation by Aayupure Ayurveda

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Payment failure or verification issues
• Incorrect pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraudulent transactions

👉 In such cases, full refund will be issued to the customer

6. Important Notes

• Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted
• Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method
• Customers are advised to cancel orders as early as possible
